Respond to support requests, service info, security and transactional notices, and legal updates (Terms/Privacy). We may access your account to resolve issues.

We may send emails and in-App messages (e.g., critical changes, feature updates, offers). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email.
FreshDesk powers our support/chat; information you share in chat may be processed by FreshDesk to provide its service.

To research & analyze Service usage

We analyze aggregated behavior to maintain, improve, plan, design, and develop features and content (e.g., identify popular topics to expand).

Analytics tools we use

To send marketing communications

With your consent or other lawful basis, we may email product news and offers. Unsubscribe any time via the email footer.
We may use ActiveCampaign for email delivery and may connect analytics cohorts (e.g., from Amplitude) to measure opens/conversions.

To personalize advertising

We and partners (including Meta, Google, TikTok) tailor and measure ads.

Business transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or similar transactions, customer information may be transferred as a business asset (including to affiliates such as a parent or subsidiary).


6. How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

You can: access, review, update/correct, delete, object/restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request data portability.

7. Age Limitation

We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16. If you learn that anyone under 16 has provided personal data, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate action.

Our Website currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Check third-party partners’ policies to learn whether they honor DNT.
